Olympic preparation, from both ends
Hanneke van den Pol, Team Leader of TeamNL Games Operations at NOC*NSF, will talk about how the Dutch are preparing for Brisbane 2032. Dominique Lamb, Director of Community Affairs to the President at the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, will set out where the city’s own preparations stand. Dr John Cowie, Head Economist at the Brisbane Economic Development Agency, will cover the State of the City report and what 2032 does to the investment picture.
Between them that is a rare thing to get in one room — the visiting delegation, the organising committee and the city’s own economists, all on the same evening.
