Since 1 November 2021 the ‘24/7 BZ Contact Center’ is called ‘Netherlands Worldwide’. Consular service remains at the heart of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but the new name better reflects the government-wide services. The website is the government’s main information platform for Dutch nationals who live abroad, or want to move abroad.

Netherlands Worldwide makes relevant information and services from various Dutch government organizations available in one place, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via their website, contact center, WhatsApp, Facebook and Twitter.

Anyone who lives or travels abroad can  arrange matters directly with government authorities in the Netherlands via  Netherlands Worldwide. Netherlands Worldwide has all the information you need in one place.
